Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities

Establish goals and objectives of the business units.
Calculate demand and forecast sales.
Be prepared technically to support our salesmen and customers.
Establish strategy for show technical proposals in different markets.
Submitted proposals and projects in the product line assigned.
Maximize the utilization of the rental fleet by ensuring that rental units are out in the field during most of the time, which shall be measured accurately with utilization metric.
Promote localized presence,products and service capabilities amongst key industries in mining, power utilities and municipal thru regular visits and presentations during key gatherings, trainings, exhibitions and events.
Drive commercial excellence for further growth of rental sales thru active VOC gathering and resolution, key metrics sales drive, customer-issue resolution cycle time improvement.
Marketing communications of the hubs over-all capability, assembled products and key services, thru coordination and guidance from regional marketing team.
