You will be responsible for developing airline sales and promoting the product in the market. The job also includes planning, implementing, and following up on sales campaigns for the trade.JetSmart is managed by a first-class team from multiple nationalities, all with extensive experience in the national and international air travel market. Key Responsibilities: Management of the key account clientsSupport and strategic expansion of the local customer baseAssistance in developing and implementing sales and marketing action plans to increase brand awareness and improve performanceProspecting for new businessContract implementation and managementTraining and qualification of the various distribution channelsRecommendation of sales and marketing strategies for each channelConducting meetings with distribution channels to evaluate resultsMarket intelligence surveys, data analysis, and development of potential opportunities.Regular sales analysis and reporting meetingsContinuous client reporting and communicationParticipation in fairs, events, workshops Key Skills: Degree in business administration, tourism, economics, communication, marketing or related fieldsExtensive professional experience in tourism sales, including at least one airlineGood knowledge and connections with the tourist trade in Brazil in the area of leisure and corporate, travel trends, and consumer behaviorStrong sales orientation in the airline and tourism sectorStrong knowledge of travel and tourism industry segments and channelsFluent English (spoken and written) – mandatoryFluent Spanish (spoken)- mandatoryStrong organizational and analytical skillsFamiliarity with tourism industry distribution tools such as GDS and other systems (e.g., e-Smash) will be an advantageProficiency in MS Office programsExcellent writing, communication, and presentation skillsAvailability for occasional travel (domestic and international)Resilience and the ability to work under pressureExperience with international destination account management is a plus About the position: Are you interested in this job position?
