We are leaders in our businesses and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.MISSIONSales Coordinator in charge of some countries of the Pacific regionCUSTOMER VISITS' FREQUENCYVisit customers of the respective sales area, according to the customers' visits frequency defined.Commercial customer service mainly in the Pacific countries.CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTIdentify key unmet customer needs & follow competition moves per product line.Assess potential per customer & per product line and ensure to complete the DA in the format and timing requested.Permanently ensure the solvability of the customers of the sales area and report in a structured way any move.NEGOTIATIONLead negotiations with customers, respecting delegation power in place in the division.Valorize permanently with customers our "added value"/Specialist strategy.Search for new product opportunities tailored to each country according to the global portfolio of company items.SALES PROCESSPlan visits in advance based on visits frequency/tour planning defined.Experience in the day-to-day internal processes of export, realizing integration with related areas: Customer care, Marketing, Financial, and Quality.Carry out the monitoring of the region, reporting directly to the company's Commercial Manager.QualificationRequired: B.S.
