There are 238 rooms, including 23 suites and the premier Opera Suite.Job DescriptionTo be responsible for establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with regular Korean customers in the hotel and Phokeethra Country Club (PCC).Develop and execute sales strategies for new business opportunities and achieving sales targets in the Korean Market.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and calling.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the PCC golf course and benefits.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with PCC Golf members and potential customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements in hotel and golf sales.Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights.Work closely with the Golf Operation Manager, sales & marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to clients.Maximize revenue by up-selling packages and creative programs in terms of tournaments and other events for PCC.QualificationsMust be native in Korean with strong communication skills and fluent in English for communication in Korea (oral & written).Knowledge of the Korean market with connections to the hotel and golf industry.Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Preferred experience in the hotel industry or golf industry.Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Additional InformationGood interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees.Service-oriented with an eye for details.Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.Good presentation and influencing skills.Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures.Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.Self-motivated and energetic.#J-18808-Ljbffr
