The ideal candidate is ambitious, self-driven, results-focused, and deeply passionate about fintech and payments.In this role, you will be the key point of contact on the ground, tasked with identifying and securing sales opportunities for our Payment Services division in Brazil.
A strong background in selling financial products in Brazil, along with a solid grasp of market dynamics and industry trends, will be essential for success.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate opportunities with financial institutions and merchants in Brazil, using a combination of inbound/outbound methods, market research and networking.Develop strong relationships with current and prospective clients by understanding their needs and offering customized payment solutions that add value to their business.Present and demonstrate Prometeo's products and services effectively, highlighting their key features and benefits.Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals, ensuring that established sales targets are met and exceeded.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and sales campaigns targeting the Brazilian market.Keep abreast of market trends, developments, and relevant regulations to adapt sales strategies and maintain the company's competitiveness.Record and maintain up-to-date sales information in the company's CRM system, providing regular reports on the progress and results of sales activities.What We Expect from YouAt least 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in Brazil's payments or fintech sector.Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong business relationships.Results-oriented, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales goals.Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time and resources to maximize productivity.Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as Hubspot, Sales Navigator and websites to retrieve prospect contacts.Willingness to travel.Spanish speaking preferred but not mandatory.
