Job Title: Salesforce Developer - Sales and Service Cloud Work Type: Remote Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM Language Requirement: Fluent in English Job Description: We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sales and Service Cloud and will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits). Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and Visualforce* (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce to support business requirements. Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce* pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components**, and Lightning Web Components. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs, REST, and SOAP-based web services. Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development. Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new updates to existing applications and code. Work with large data sets and ensure efficient data processing (bulkification). Gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders. Support business requirements and communicate with all the CRM needs of the client. Provide customized solutions using the Salesforce platform. Handle requirement gathering and produce functional analysis. Familiarity with deployment tools like Copado is desirable. Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency.
