The IBM Subscription and Annuity (S&A) business under Technology Sales delivers essential recurring revenue that funds research and development across IBM, while ensuring that our clients' critical systems are supported.
Your Role and Responsibilities

Operations and support tasks for Subscription and Annuity LA sellers
Evaluation of results of the S&S, SL and Saas missions
Scorecards Rating. Generation of Management System. Control of results and validation of Opportunities in ISC
Participating /leading transformational projects in the business
Reporting / causal analysis to identify and drive other changes around to improve clock speed
Monitoring our Slack channels to help our sellers with questions related to our process, per deal questions, escalations, etc

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

+2 years of related experience
Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving
Excellent written & verbal skills
Ability to independently manage and prioritize workload with a sense of urgency
Excellent Excel skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with SQO, DSW/FastPass, Monday.com and/or BAW, and/or RPA
ISC / Salesforce experience
