In this position, you will have opportunity to:
Drive growth and partnerships in the animal nutrition industry, managing B2B clients to expand magnesium product sales, and conduct market analysis.
This role requires a 60% travel commitment, as it's based in Brazil, but the main focus is the US .
Preferred residence in Fortaleza - CE or São Paulo - SP
You will be responsible for:
Manage the Sales Representative team from USA with deep focus on people development
Develop and manage B2B Client Portfolio, taking ownership of nurturing and growing relationships with feed mills, serving as the primary point of contact for our commodity and magnesium solutions in animal nutrition.
Source and pursue new contacts, prospects, and strategic partners, ensuring a continuous pipeline of opportunities for business expansion.
Drive growth initiatives within your assigned territory, executing strategic plans to maximize market penetration and increase sales of our magnesium animal nutrition products.
Conduct thorough market research, gathering data on competitors, local regulations, and other relevant factors to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning.
Leverage your negotiation skills to secure favorable sales contracts, optimizing results in terms of margin, volume, and market share.
Collaborate closely with operations staff from our industry in Jucás - Ceará, to ensure seamless processing of customer orders, efficient logistics management, and timely payments.
Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns, investigating and resolving complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven track record of the management team and success in B2B sales, preferably within the animal nutrition or agricultural industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of rapport and establishment of long-lasting business relationships.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted sales strategies.
Proficiency in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and business acumen.
Ability to travel to the US on a monthly basis.
