Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive high value specialty board & paper sales to customers in South America. As the Sales Manager, you will be expected to develop and maintain a strong relationship with our current and new customers as well as internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop and implement an import sales strategy to identify and target new customers and accounts focusing on the following product categories: Ivory Board for use in high end cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging Food Grade for use as a paper food tray Blister Ivory Board for use in battery packaging, stationary, etc. Art Board for use in playing cards, clothing tags, name card, etc. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and accounts to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve sales targets set by the management, including revenue and sales targets. Provide excellent customer service, including time and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests. Troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise, including quality issues, delivery delays, or other customer concerns. Monitor and report on market and competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments to inform sales strategy and decision making. Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Production, and Logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery. Key Requirements : Minimum of 5 years of relevant category paper sales experience Existing relationships with Converters, Printers and End Users. Must be fluent in English A Bachelor's degree is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience in CRM Must be willing to travel frequently to customers across North America and the Caribbean.
