You'll refine strategies and meet your KPIs with precision.Use data to drive retention: Analyze the data, draw meaningful insights, and use that information to boost customer retention and refine our approach.Build and grow a team: Beyond just sales, you'll help us create effective sales processes and oversee the growth of a high-performing sales team.The ProfileWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in sales: You've thrived in high-pressure sales environments before, with a particular strength in cold calling and direct sales closing.Leadership experience: You have successfully overseen a sales team, and you're ready to do it again—this time, with even greater impact.Industry expertise: Experience in the energy sector, especially retail energy, is a huge plus. If not, a background in related industries like telecommunications or pharmaceutical sales will set you up for success.Persuasive communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You know how to build rapport, overcome objections, and persuade customers to take action.Results-driven: Self-motivation is your driving force, and you thrive on achieving and surpassing targets.Data-savvy: You're comfortable working with data and Excel, and you use those insights to drive better outcomes for the team and the business.Fluent in English: Your written and spoken English is top-notch, allowing you to effectively communicate with customers and team members alike.Why This Role?
