Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships Demonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment A distinct customer service focus. Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Experience working for an international organization – a plus Drivers license B and willingness to do lots of travels every week. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION University business administration degree Or BA/BS degree. BS in a related technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering – a plus LANGUAGE Portuguese (Native level) English (Advanced level) 3rd language skills would be a plus EXPERIENCES Minimum 3 years' solid technical sales experience with solar products within photovoltaic industry in Brazil Strongly networked within the renewable energy industry (preference within the Solar PV industry, especially from residential & commercial project segment) OTHER Relationship skills Negotiation skills Proactive Team player Willing to travel Passport / Visa Driver's license
