**THE ROLE**
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Create and implement a targeted strategy focused on driving market penetration within our key products and verticals to achieve measurable growth.
- Focus on generating leads and driving their conversion, with a focus on revenue generation as a key performance indicator.
- Equip the SDR team with vetted, high-quality contacts for outreach, ensuring alignment with sales goals and maximizing conversion potential.
- Research and identify target companies and key contacts within specific verticals, creating a clear map of high-value opportunities for the sales team.
- Design and execute outbound engagement strategies, including the creation of messaging, sales outreach, and drip campaigns, leveraging our existing marketing collateral to enhance engagement.
- Identify events and networking opportunities that align with our lead generation and growth objectives.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- BA/BS degree (or relevant work experience)
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Sales Enablement, or a related field with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Expertise in 'cold calling' best practices and managing diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficiency with CRM systems (ie. Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms to track and nurture leads effectively
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience working at a FinTech or Financial Services organization.
- Experience selling an AI or ML based SaaS platform
