Airswift is seeking a Sales Manager to work on a permanent contract in Rio Bonito with a major Maintenance and Repair of Vessels and Floating Structures Company.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinating commercial activities with regard to the sale of spare parts and services for LSA equipment;Managing and developing the sales team responsible for the segment;Drawing up technical/commercial proposals and conducting negotiations with customers;Participating in the development, negotiation, and signing of long-term contracts;Monitoring public tenders from various government bodies, such as Petrobras (Petronect), the Navy, etc;Monitoring the area's budget, ensuring that the expected revenues and profitability are achieved;Developing business relationships with the base of companies in the country, both private initiative and state and public companies;Interacting with the company's other departments, both local and international, seeking synergies that can leverage business growth;Keeping the company's customer database and CRM up to date;Using the company's tools to track sales and monitor the market.JOB QUALIFICATIONSComplete university degree in Mechanical, Naval, or Production Engineering;Fluent in English;Previous experience in the commercial area;Experience in leading and managing teams;Previous experience in the maritime market would be a plus.ABOUT AIRSWIFTAirswift serves as a strategic partner to our clients in STEM industries.
