**Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is a plus.

Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with previous experience in a leadership or management role.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
