Developing and Implementing a Strategic Regional Sales Plan (20% of Time Investment) Create, maintain and execute a sales business plan (regional). Develop and implement sales strategies, and evaluate tactics. Analyze team, sales situation, the current market, and competitors. Hold meetings to review specific opportunities and target account programs. Expected Results: Implement a sales strategy and ensure its execution to achieve expected results. Management of Sales Plan (30% of Time Investment) Perform commercial visits. Build new links and maintain existing relations with the market. Ensure that the sales performance standards are met by the sales team. Manage regional sales and sales activities according to the strategic plan and take necessary actions to ensure expected performance and production. Expected Results: Ensure the good progress of routine and commercial activities to achieve results. Major Accounts Relationship and MERCOSUL LINE Image (20% of Time Investment) Represent the brand in the market. Oversee the actions and contacts of the sales force for major accounts, ensuring that all commitments made with the customer are met, and ensure the quality of services, communication, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Help develop and implement approaches aimed at continuous improvement of products/services and differentiation of MERCOSUL LINE's image in the market. Expected Results: Ensure effective sales activities, strengthen customer relationships, and develop MERCOSUL LINE's strong and distinctive market image. Team Management (30% of Time Investment) Motivate the sales team by establishing individual and team goals and objectives, providing regular feedback, and conducting one-on-one meetings. Performance management of the sales team, including performance reviews and development plans. Organize the team in line with company policies, sales strategy, and operational requirements, ensuring product knowledge, services, and customer focus. Expected Results: Manage the team to ensure expected performance and achievement of results. Education & Experience Requirements Degree: Required degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. IT and System Requirements: Intermediate level of Outlook and Microsoft Office. Language: English (advanced). Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Sales/Sales Manager.
