What we ask To be a successful in this position, you are/have: Relevant background in sales, marketing and or business developmentAcademic education, Master's DegreeAt least 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCGDistributor, Key Account Management & Route to Market experienceFluency in English and SpanishStrong communication and relationship skillsStrong negotiation skills and proven experienceAnalytical skills and finance management experienceCan set a strategy and put it into clear action and milestonesOrganization skills, working with tight deadlines internally and externallyThe Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary organizationCreative thinker with a pragmatic mindset and solution orientedHands-on but able to keep focus on the bigger pictureThe right mindset: Proactive, flexible, customer oriented, entrepreneurial, business minded & a true team player!
