LivaNova is hiring a Sales Manager NM to join our team in Brazil. This person will be responsible for executing the Neuromodulation Sales Strategy for direct channel (LivaNova commercial team) and indirect channel (distributors).

Role purpose and key responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial activity for the assigned perimeter taking responsibility for the Sales and Financial corresponding KPIs.- Successfully manage and collaborate with internal stakeholders from Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Field Clinical, amongst others, making sure that the shared vision is aligned to the company's business plan.- Support the organizational development through an inclusive approach, being able to lead the existing local sales team to achieve the targets.- Demonstrate unbending ethical behavior and a strong compliance throughout the organization by walking the talk, ensuring knowledge of compliance and its company policies.- Act as a primary customer point of contact for the assigned perimeter and represent one LivaNova.- Actively identify & drive selling opportunities within the assigned perimeter.- Promote, identify and escalate commercial service needs.- Attract, retain, train, and develop world-class commercial talents.- Understand and analyze market dynamic and competition to develop business opportunities. Provide on-going feedback to management.- Develop programs to gather regional evidence of customer success, early adopters, show sites, and clinical evidence where appropriate.- Follow LivaNova policies, procedures and operating mechanisms, as well as Sales reporting and documentation tasks.- Health Economics, Clinical & Market Access knowledge and ability to interact successfully with the corresponding departments.- Work in close collaboration with Marketing for the implementation of the strategy, and tactical actions like events, congresses, etc.- Relevant Field presence is required.- Develop others and prepare talents for the future.
Ideal Background:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, life sciences or related.
Languages:
- Fluent English
Experience/Professional requirement:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales or related field where daily accountabilities are established, measured and rewarded.- Experience in Neurology, Epilepsy or Pharma related.- Proven leadership experience of sales teams, both direct and distributors.- Demonstrated aptitude and success in fostering solid, value-based physician relationships, and a capacity for interacting with patients in a clinical environment.- Solid process orientation, demonstrated resource management / allocation experience, and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.- Results and execution driven.- Robust interpersonal skills, with evidence of teamwork and collaboration.- Proven track record of demonstrating knowledge and understanding of healthcare compliance topics.- Good track record in leading and energizing teams to develop and execute commercial growth plans in a multinational - matrix environment.- Strong customer focus.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Self-motivated, problem-solving attitude, quick in action.- Travel availability 50%.
Type of contract:
