WeGrow's identity is the flat hierarchy and an exceptional team culture.To support the sales team, WeGrow is looking for a Sales Manager – Plant nutrition and industrial chemicals , based in San Paulo.Position's Responsibilities:Understanding of products that must be sold and how to position them on the market and with customersDeeply understanding of the markets: market size, competitors, prices, etc.Identifying market & new product opportunities from both suppliers and customers that fits the unit's profilePositioning own produced products with priority and intensifying sales efforts in ongoing regional markets through supply programs and existing trading activitiesDeveloping and maintaining business relationships with customers in new and current sale regionsLiaising and coordinating sales with customers, negotiating, securing best terms, ensuring smooth delivery and timely settlement of paymentsMonitoring day-to-day developments in the market and reacting timely and creatively to international agricultural, economic and political developmentsSupport and coordinate day-to-day logistics with our Traffic Department with the aim to provide exceptional customer serviceAnalyzing risks, understand financials, and recommending extensions of finance terms to customersConsistent focus to improve logistics & distribution efficiencies through a deep understanding of customer's needs. Managing product inventory, product quality and packaging, and status of inbound and outbound ordersProcessing of both purchase and sale orders with suppliers and customers; domestically and internationallyUpdating daily or weekly reportsPosition's Requirements:Graduate in Agronomy, Chemistry, or Biology/Biochemistry is preferredMinimum 5 years' experience in an agricultural related field, in commercial roles is preferredCommercial acumen is a mustGood communication & good skills for interpersonal relationships and negotiationA data-driven, analytical, and action-oriented mindsetWillingness and ability to travel regularlyFluent in English and Portuguese, spoken and writtenPosition's Benefits:Very interesting position in an expanding businessGlobal based environmentExceptional opportunity to build on your existing experienceYoung and motivated teamHybrid office options
