The ideal Manager will be responsible within Transformers Business for sales and marketing of insulation & components portfolio.The candidate should have experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We are looking for a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. This role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, and motivate to secure a high-performance team.This role will be based in Guarulhos.Your Main Responsibilities:Create and implement marketing strategies that expand our sales by meeting/exceeding operational budgets within allocated market areas.Liaise with End-Users to homologate and have approved I&C portfolio, clarify tender specifications.Achieve remarkable business growth on a sustainable basis through continuous proactive search for business opportunities.Build and reinforce sustainable customer relationships at the proper levels to ensure client satisfaction, growth, and retention.Secure training and competence development of the team as key tools for people growth and market differentiation.Feed the organization with market intelligence and use customer feedback to drive consistent development of processes and practices.Provide a regular forecast on operational results per product line and country.Support business operations between I&C and HUB, GPG, and HE Transformer Units.Create synergies among product lines to increase sales volumes per project.Support PGUs on technical and commercial aspects of offers and projects in close collaboration with direct customers and internal partners.Your Background:Degree (Bachelor or Master) in a technical discipline, ideally Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, plus further qualification in business administration.Market and product knowledge in the field of power transformers or distribution transformers insulation and components is essential.Experience in business development, account management, and cross-selling across systems, solutions, and product categories.Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management, and commercial and legal terms.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, customer-focused, with the ability to establish and manage long-term customer relationships.Excellent planning and organization skills.Sound knowledge of MS Office and CRM, preferably Salesforce.Business fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
