Our client, a prominent name in industrial manufacturing, is looking for an experienced Sales & Market Expansion Leader to drive growth across Brazil.
This unique role focuses on tapping into the vast potential within the OEM and end-user markets, positioning you at the forefront of strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and implement targeted market entry strategies specific to Brazil
Forge partnerships with headquarters to drive overall business growth initiatives
Manage regional strategies to suit market dynamics and customer needs
Autonomously work toward key growth objectives with a high level of independence
Conduct in-depth customer and prospect visits across the country to enhance engagement
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with a focus on Sales preferred
Proven expertise in business development or direct sales
Advanced technical knowledge enabling detailed product consultations
Fluent in English, with German skills being a plus
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly
Willingness to commit to extensive travel within Brazil
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and initiate successful projects
Highly self-motivated and capable of independent work
Compensation and Benefits:
Attractive annual earnings between BRL 215,000 and BRL 246,000
