About this position We're a technical company with a technical product.
Two-thirds of Lightmeter have technical engineering backgrounds.
Your work will be in some of these areas Operations, Sales Outreach and Email Deliverability Must-haves Excellent English (written and verbal) - we work in English and serve tech-savvy C-level US/EU customers 3+ years of relevant experience with Sales Outbound through Email, preferably with B2B SAAS .
3+ years of relevant experience with Sales Outreach Software or Email Marketing Automation Software (Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Outreach.io, Reply.io, among others) Proficiency in Software in general, Spreadsheets, Data analytics, CRMs, etc.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to work independently in a remote working space Sense of humor Nice to haves Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup Experience in a B2B SaaS business Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus Programming/scripting skills (e.g., Postgres, Python, Bash) are advantageous What you'll do Operations: Build, Monitor, and Maintain the e-mail infrastructure for the customers Organize the projects in Asana Identify and resolve operational issues for our customers promptly to increase the customer experience Coordinate with Engineering team the required technical setup Sales Outreach: Setup/Manage the Sales Outreach software from customers Build/Manage E-mail Campaigns using Content/Templates from Notion or Google Docs Build/Manage lists of Leads in Google Sheets Provide customers with direct support via multiple channels Build reports and analyze customer performance metrics Analyze customer performance metrics in their Sales Outbound efforts ****and recommend solutions to meet SLAs and KPIs Email Deliverability: Identify and resolve customer E-mail deliverability requests in collaboration with our internal teams Gather continuous expertise on the latest advancements and optimal use-cases of leading Sales Outreach software solutions Stay on the cutting edge of best practices and technical intricacies of Email Deliverability Desired personal skills Clear communication of complex concepts Creative solution-finder Rapid design and testing of new technical concepts Brainstorming solutions as a team Critical thinking under pressure Sense of humor Our current working stack E-mail, Chat Notion, Asana, Pipedrive Google Sheets, Docs, Drive Freshdesk and Slack Apollo, Instantly, etc About the interview The process is divided into an asynchronous exercise and three core conversations (with two additional meetings if needed), typically spread over one to two weeks.
Async Screening : You'll complete a form to help us learn more about your background and expertise related to the role.
Async Exercise : The next step involves a challenge where you'll demonstrate how close you can get to solving a relevant problem.
Meeting 1 : A call to discuss your professional experience, interpersonal skills, and, if needed, your completed exercise.
Meeting 2 (if needed) : A deeper dive into specific topics from the previous discussion.
Meeting 3 : A conversation with the CEO.
Meeting 4 (if needed) : A final Q&A covering any unresolved points and an introduction to projects for your first 3 months.
This includes a "reality check" presentation to align expectations for day-to-day work at Lightmeter.
Meeting 5 : A discussion about the offer details and a request for references.
At this stage, all other matters are typically finalized!
