Proficiency in Software in general, Spreadsheets, Data analytics, CRMs, etc.

What you'll do
Operations:
Build, Monitor, and Maintain the e-mail infrastructure for the customers
Organize the projects in Asana
Identify and resolve operational issues for our customers promptly to increase the customer experience
Coordinate with Engineering team the required technical setup
Sales Outreach:
Setup/Manage theSales Outreach softwarefrom customers
Build/Manage E-mail Campaigns using Content/Templates from Notion or Google Docs
Build/Manage lists of Leads in Google Sheets
Provide customers with direct support via multiple channels
Build reports and analyze customer performance metrics
Analyze customer performance metrics in theirSales Outboundefforts ****and recommend solutions to meet SLAs and KPIs
Email Deliverability:

About the interview
The process is divided into an asynchronous exercise and three core conversations (with two additional meetings if needed), typically spread over one to two weeks.
Async Screening: You'll complete a form to help us learn more about your background and expertise related to the role.
Async Exercise: The next step involves a challenge where you'll demonstrate how close you can get to solving a relevant problem.
Meeting 1: A call to discuss your professional experience, interpersonal skills, and, if needed, your completed exercise.
Meeting 2 (if needed): A deeper dive into specific topics from the previous discussion.
Meeting 3: A conversation with the CEO.
Meeting 4 (if needed): A final Q&A covering any unresolved points and an introduction to projects for your first 3 months. This includes a "reality check" presentation to align expectations for day-to-day work at Lightmeter.
Meeting 5: A discussion about the offer details and a request for references. At this stage, all other matters are typically finalized!
