Overview of Position:
The Sales Operations Analyst, Americas role manages the reporting for strategic sales initiatives, the product Sales Order Form (SOF), and supports the Senior Sales Operations Analyst with other sales operations activities including pipeline management, renewal tracking and closing out orders in CRM. This role ensures data integrity and adherence to corporate policies and procedures, leading to improved forecasting, profitability, and cash collections. You will be assigned to lead the reporting efforts for key product sales, commission reporting and coordinating updates for the product SOF. In addition, you will support the finalization of agreements and handover to Order to Cash (OTC) and Service Delivery in the Cruise, Commercial Maritime, Energy and Enterprise / Emerging Markets.
The role oversees sales reporting and support functions, including but not limited to digital transformation in the sales ordering process and ad-hoc sales support requests. Recurring objectives for the position are intended to enable:
- Better strategic visibility and alignment across business lines
- Improved ability to prioritize resources and focus based on business opportunities
- Better fidelity in near and long-term forecasting
- Improved efficiency and accuracy in sales reporting through digital transformation
What you will do:
- Prepare regular reporting on key product sales. Point out key changes and impacts from previous reports. Proactively adjust reporting to suit changing corporate objectives.
- Prepare sales quotas in coordination with Sales leadership, monitor performance and share results with the Sales team.
- Attend internal sales meetings as well as pipeline reviews monthly.
- Ensure renewals are captured in CRM and are renewed before expiration date.
- Support Sales' efforts in preparing for and closing the opportunity.
- Validate order compliance with Product pricing guidelines and required approvals.
- Coordinate final execution of order, including as required and in coordination with account executives, the engagement with large accounts to finalize inputs needed.
- Once executed, submit request to OTC/Service Delivery through appropriate platform and as needed ensure order is processed and working through the system.
- Manage and communicate changes to standardized product sales order forms.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of related professional experience
- Highly analytical and detail oriented
- Innovative, solving problems creatively with positive can-do attitude
- Hands-on experience with Dynamic CRM with experience in sales processes and CRM best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload and multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor communication style for the recipient
- Proven team player
