Sales Operations Analyst - Open To Remote

Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Operations Analyst, will assist to establish and support tactical coordination across multiple areas and countries such as contract management, forecast and sales planning, sales target, reporting and analysis, system and data management, variable compensation and expense management.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and maintain the sales structure and customer segmentation tools.
- Ensure data in the internal systems accurate and current.
- Collect data and build reports to present updates to the manager.
- Support demand review process by collecting and challenging demand data, preparing the presentation and following up on next steps with the relevant parties.
- Run routine activities and manage commercial BI.
- Provide solutions to product related questions in accordance with established guidelines.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
- Advanced English;
- Power BI design experience;
- Sales/market Intelligence knowledge;
- To be a CRM user will be consider a plus.
