This is a hybrid position.
The Position The Sales Performance & Execution Senior Manager plays a strategic role in maximizing the performance of sales teams.
The role bridges sales and marketing efforts to surpass goals, foster a culture of excellence, and drive innovation in sales team performance.
Among your responsibilities will be: Manage actions and communication among teams such as Training, Events, Business Intelligence (BI), People & Organization (P&O), IT, and others, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Ensure that marketing and product strategies are clearly understood by sales teams and integrated into field activities.
Analyse sales data, identify trends, and recommend improvements using dashboards, KPIs, Business Reviews with SF Leaders and monthly performance reports.
Monitor and optimize sales processes, ensuring data quality and simplifying system and procedural implementation.
Lead initiatives such as multichannel strategies, market segmentation, training, and sales execution projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications University Degree in Administration, Marketing or related areas Previous experience in sales/ marketing/ business performance management in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of process governance and data analysis tools to create insights for business decisions.
Leadership and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
It will be considered as an asset if you have experience in strategic sales planning.
Availability to travel (50% of the time) Fluency in Portuguese.
Advanced level of English is expected.
