With Mindray as Sales Representative for Brazil - Brasilia, your main responsibilities will include:
Negotiating with end customers in hospitals for the sales of equipment such as anesthesia, mechanical ventilation, monitors, and others.
Forecasting and planning individual selling targets, executing and driving results to meet set targets.
Keeping follow-up with existing orders end to end to ensure the smoothness of order fulfillment.
Managing and supporting distributors in the assigned region.
Exploring new promising overseas markets, enhancing Mindray product branding recognition, and improving market coverage.
Presenting Mindray products at professional fairs and exhibitions.
Keeping management informed by submitting activity reports, work plans, and territory market analyses.
Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules.
Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the management team.
Coordinating with the Service team to solve customer complaints.
Providing feedback to the R&D team according to sales status for product optimization.
Requirements:
Experience with managing distributors, sales funnel, and preparing proposals.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent (mechanical and electrical engineering, biomedical, human science, or related disciplines).
Minimum 3 years of working experience in international sales; sales experience in the field of Medical Devices is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English; working knowledge of French/Russian would be a plus.
Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
Able to travel frequently.
