? About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Holafly.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel and technology, with a proven track record in sales and customer service.
This role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of travel connectivity solutions to customers.
? Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with world-class service and support.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary.
Generate and drive eCommerce Sales Targets; Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, as well as industry trends.
Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions that address those needs.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management.
Help our users with the decision, purchase, installation, usage, troubleshooting, maintenance, or disposal stages of our products.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels ( Chat, email, WhatsApp).
? What do you need to succeed: 3+ years experience in customer facing, online sales or any related fields, preferably in the travel or technology industry.
Native or fluent in Japanese (Speaking and Writing) & business level English.
(Additional languages/dialects would be a plus such as Chinese, Korean, Thai, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for travel and technology, with a genuine enthusiasm for promoting products and services that enhance the travel experience.
Identify opportunities to generate leads for the sales team.
