Job Description Summary: We are looking for a talented Sales and Service Representative to join Brazil district and achieve Market Share Targets and Services growth for Caterpillar.

In this role, you will manage assigned dealers' relationships to market company products and services and assist in the development of dealer sales capability.

What you will do: Design and assist dealers on the forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques, supporting the rollout of new products. Perform regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed. Act within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions. Present products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs. What you have – Skills and Experiences: Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Proven ability to leverage emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and courage to align actions with company objectives, considering ethical principles and values when making decisions. Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner. Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Technical Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs. Demonstrated ability to be results-oriented and drive sales performance. Strong strategic planning abilities with a focus on achieving long-term goals. Proven experience in technical sales or a related field. High level of adaptability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic environment. What You Have - Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Intermediate English. Proficiency applying knowledge in Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook, One Note, One Drive on a daily basis. Top Candidates Will Also Have: Pre-Advanced English. Microsoft Power BI advanced knowledge is a plus. Background in Commercial roles involving dealer and/or customer facing interactions are preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong drive and organizational capabilities. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to manage and complete multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to travel extensively within territory.
