THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Senior Sales Director for our Clients Sales team in São Paulo!
This role is part of Wellhub's Client Sales team in São Paulo, focused on driving the company's growth by leading corporate sales initiatives. As a Senior Sales Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing both short and long-term sales strategies. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales representatives, ensuring we maintain our market leadership and achieve ambitious sales targets.
YOUR IMPACT

Understand our global strategy and use this knowledge cross-functionally to help our growth;
Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current programs;
Achieve and maintain the positioning of our company as a leader;
Motivate the sales team to achieve the best results possible;
Attend key meetings with senior leadership;
Strategize, negotiate, and close business and sales strategies;
Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce.com;
Drive and maximize sales revenue and deliver profitable growth;
Lead a fast-paced company with sales representatives focusing on corporate clients' acquisition;
Guarantee the hiring and development of sales talents to support continued growth.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience in corporate sales;
Fluent English;
Leadership skills, capable of influencing broad audiences;
Excellent lead generator;
Proactive, energetic, self-driven with effective communication skills;
Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills;
Teamwork oriented behavior and partnership with business colleagues;
Adaptable to a highly demanding business environment;
Flexible, resourceful, and able to multi-task;
Conflict management skills.
