This role is part of Wellhub's Client Sales team in São Paulo, focused on driving the company's growth by leading corporate sales initiatives.
As a Senior Sales Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing both short and long-term sales strategies.
You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales representatives, ensuring we maintain our market leadership and achieve ambitious sales targets.
The position will work closely with senior leadership to align our global strategy with the local execution, identifying opportunities for business growth and ensuring the continued success of our sales programs.YOUR IMPACTUnderstand our global strategy and use this knowledge cross-functionally to help our growth;Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current programs, based on inputs and outputs of Wellhub business model;Achieve and maintain the positioning of our company as a leader and be the first option in the market;Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible;Attending key meetings with senior leadership;Strategize, negotiate, and close business and strategies of sales;Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce.com for maximum efficiency and visibility;Driving and maximizing sales revenue and delivering profitable growth by promoting the growing capabilities of our offerings;Motivate and lead a fast-paced company with sales representatives focusing on corporate clients' acquisition;Guarantee the hiring and development of sales talents to support continued aggressive growth.

Capable of influencing broad audiences by simplifying complex messages and effectively presenting proposals;Excellent lead generator;Proactive, energetic, self-driven, exceptional and effective with both written and communication skills;Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills;Teamwork oriented behavior and partnership with business colleagues in order to achieve financial objectives;Adaptable and comfortable with a highly demanding and changing business environment;Flexible, resourceful and able to multi-task while establishing priorities and providing solutions;Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation and influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict externally and/or internally.We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
