We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Service Representative for the Brazilian market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our local customer base, ensuring that both new and existing users have a seamless experience with our product. What We Offer: 2500 BRL KPI 3000 BRL (KPI to be applied after a 2-3-month probation period). Please note that this is a full-time remote position, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (Brazilian time). Operating in 95 countries worldwide Serving over 90,000 active business users Processing more than 10 million records each months Key Responsibilities: Lead Qualification & Outreach : Call and qualify newly uploaded leads, ensuring they understand the value of our product and are guided through the onboarding process. Product Demos : Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for potential customers, showcasing the key features and benefits. Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the product effectively and achieve their desired outcomes. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional features or services based on customer needs and product usage. Educational Content Creation : Record educational videos to help users understand how to use the product effectively and get the most out of it. Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales or support, ideally in a B2B environment Ability to build rapport and trust with customers Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Language Skills: Brazilian Portuguese fluent English
