TissueLabs is a startup focused on tissue engineering and regenerative medicine (TERM), developing cutting-edge technologies that allow researchers around the world to perform 3D bioprinting of living tissues in the lab . These tissues can be used in a broad spectrum of applications, such as pathophysiology studies, drug development, personalized medicine, and transplantation. In order to make this happen, we are continuously seeking extremely talented individuals to join us. If you are interested in joining TissueLabs, you are in the right place! RESPONSIBILITIES: Identifying potential leads and markets Researching and understanding customer needs Assisting in the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies Supporting customer relationship management efforts Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing performance Maintaining customer records and updating sales databases Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, which may include a variety of tasks depending on the startup's needs REQUIREMENTS: Character, integrity, transparency, curiosity, and willingness to learn Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or related fields Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Ability to handle labor-intensive tasks Ability to self-manage, demonstrate proactivity, organization, and attention to detail Proficient English PREFERRED: Master's degree or PhD in Regenerative Medicine, Tissue Engineering, Bioprinting, or related fields Previous experience in a sales or customer service role Knowledge of additional languages: Italian, Spanish, German, French BENEFITS: Aggressive bonus scheme Remote work with flexible hours Participation in a growing, global startup Opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
