**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years salesforce administration experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with an understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. (Experience with Account Engagement, Sales Engagement Preferred.)
- Strong understanding of data management best practices and salesforce integrations (Experience with iPaSS solutions preferred)
- Good understanding of Salesforce best practices in user management, security, reporting, and deployment
- Salesforce implementation experience preferred
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Fluent in English.
**Responsibilities**
- Convert customer requirements to solutions with appropriate build specifications
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, and flows.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support.
- Plan & execute proper testing and deployment
- Train users on Salesforce features and functionality.
- Maintain data integrity and security in Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems.
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and best practices.
