Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending September 2022 totaled $12.1 billion.Job Description:• Responsible for driving Client discussions around requirements & technical design.• Drive process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and value in the context of the customer's environment.• Developing software programs per technical specifications following programming standards and procedures, performing unit testing, executing program modifications, and responding to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding.• Experience working in a particular industry or domain and supporting the business with the Salesforce platform (i.e., Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and so on).• Ensuring secure coding and UI standards and best practices are applied during development.• To act as a liaison between the business and technical teams.• Analyze and document business requirements.• Suggest improvement areas to the assigned project team as per the business requirement.• Plan discovery activities based on key stakeholders.• Map business processes, elicit requirements, and write user stories.• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills when working with technical and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization.• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Move easily between a wide variety of influencing and communication styles to effectively interact with diverse audiences and maximize impact.• Become a trusted advisor with key stakeholders.• Break down complex business processes into manageable steps.• Evaluate and recommend Salesforce features as part of solution design.• Providing input and contributes to the enhancement and maintenance of applications and programs.• Leading efforts to configures, analyzes, design, develop, and maintains program code and applications.• Performing detailed and complex unit testing and secure code testing, and issues resolution.• Driving and supporting the process for source code management.• Contributing to integration, systems, and performance testing and tuning of code.• Participating in peer secure code reviews.• Defining and promoting opportunities for the re-usability of code, configurations, procedures, and techniques.
Requirements:• A Bachelors' Degree is required.• Degrees in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields are preferred.• Experience as a Business Analyst, including proven success in owning and delivering business process improvements;• Experience in the Salesforce platform.
