The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Loyalty, and Experience Cloud, along with a solid track record of integrating these platforms with various systems. Your role will be instrumental in driving customer success, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and customer engagement.Responsibilities:Act as a primary Salesforce consultant and architect for clients across North America, delivering high-quality solutions and strategic guidance.Design and implement robust solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Loyalty, and Experience Cloud to meet and exceed customer expectations.Lead client engagements, effectively communicating technical solutions and their business impact to stakeholders at various levels.Facilitate seamless integrations between Salesforce platforms and other systems, optimizing data flow and functionality.Deliver presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the value and capabilities of Salesforce solutions.Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from pre-sales and discovery through deployment and ongoing support.Provide technical leadership within project teams, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Requirements:Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role as a Salesforce Consultant or Architect, with a focus on Salesforce Core solutions.Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Loyalty, and Experience Cloud.Proven ability in Salesforce platform integrations and a deep understanding of integration patterns and practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.A customer-focused and results-driven approach, with a history of successful Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.Strong technical acumen, including hands-on experience with Salesforce platform administration, development, and integrations.Practical experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Loyalty, and Experience Cloud.Proficiency in Salesforce platform integrations, with the ability to design and implement effective integration strategies.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Commitment to keeping up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry best practices.Languages:EnglishAs a Salesforce Core Technical Consultant at OSF Digital, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital transformation journey of our clients.
