Description: The Salesforce CPQ Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce CPQ platform, supporting the sales operations by maintaining the system, implementing changes, and ensuring the tool meets business needs. The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate pricing, product configuration, and seamless quoting processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Salesforce CPQ Management: Administer and configure Salesforce CPQ to support business processes, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, and quoting. Implement and maintain pricing rules, product bundles, quote templates, and discounting structures. Ensure the accuracy of quotes by creating workflows, validations, and approvals within Salesforce CPQ. Perform day-to-day maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the CPQ platform. Customization and Optimization: Customize CPQ solutions, including product rules, price rules, discount schedules, and contract terms. Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into functional solutions within CPQ. Perform regular audits and optimization of the CPQ system to ensure the tool is running efficiently and scaling with business growth. User Training and Support: Provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they have the training and tools necessary to use Salesforce CPQ effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to CPQ functionality. Develop and update user guides, training materials, and FAQs. Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, finance, product, and IT teams to align the CPQ system with business goals. Work closely with developers and Salesforce admins to integrate CPQ with other business systems, such as ERP, billing, and customer management systems. Participate in project teams to implement system enhancements and new features. Reporting and Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards to track CPQ-related metrics, including quote accuracy, deal cycle times, and discounting trends. Monitor performance and usage metrics to recommend system improvements.
