Salesforce Data Analyst (Latam Only)

Job Description: We are looking for a Salesforce Data Analyst who can seamlessly blend functional analysis with development skills and has the vision to think like an architect.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations and will leverage this knowledge to drive business solutions and optimize data strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Functional Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and Salesforce capabilities.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
Create detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and data models.
Development Skills: Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce.
Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
Implement automation processes using Salesforce Flow, Workflow, and Process Builder.
Perform data migrations, integrations, and batch operations.
Architectural Thinking: Design scalable and efficient data models and architecture.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
Recommend best practices for data management and governance.
Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce performance and usability.
Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions within Salesforce.
Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and business strategy.
Work closely with the data team to integrate Salesforce data with other data sources.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst or similar role.
Strong development skills with experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security principles.
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to think strategically and align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
