Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL/SOSL. Implement Salesforce automation processes using Flows, Workflows, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers. Manage and configure Salesforce environments, including user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and other internal systems through APIs and middleware solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, REST, SOAP). Maintain data integrity through regular monitoring, validation rules, and deduplication strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal platform performance. Provide ongoing support and training for end-users on Salesforce best practices. Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for stakeholders to monitor key business metrics. Qualifications: 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration. Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and Salesforce Flows. Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflows, and Validation Rules. Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and tools like MuleSoft or Postman. Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models. Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Administrator Certification preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React). Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud. Experience with Salesforce Shield, Own Backup, or Copado is a plus.
