BETSOL team holds several engineering patents, is recognized with industry awards, and BETSOL maintains a net promoter score that is 2x the industry average.BETSOL's backup and recovery product line, Zmanda (Zmanda.com), delivers up to 80% savings in total cost of ownership (TCO) and best-in-class performance.BETSOL Global IT Services (BETSOL.com) builds and supports end-to-end enterprise solutions, reducing time-to-market for its customers.BETSOL offices are set against the vibrant backdrops of Broomfield, Colorado and Bangalore, India.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL/SOSL.Implement Salesforce automation processes using Flows, Workflows, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers.Manage and configure Salesforce environments, including user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and other internal systems through APIs and middleware solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, REST, SOAP).Maintain data integrity through regular monitoring, validation rules, and deduplication strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal platform performance.Provide ongoing support and training for end-users on Salesforce best practices.Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for stakeholders to monitor key business metrics.Qualifications4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflows, and Validation Rules.Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and tools like MuleSoft or Postman.Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Administrator Certification preferred.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.Exposure to Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.Experience with Salesforce Shield or Own backup or Copado is a plus.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
