Job Title: Salesforce Developer with Data Migration Location: Near-shore [Remote] Need to support PST timings Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with specialized expertise in Salesforce Hyperforce migration.
As a critical member of our Salesforce Studio, you will lead the refactoring of existing solutions to ensure they are fully optimized and ready for Hyperforce migration.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex Salesforce environments, particularly within Sales and Service Cloud, and be adept at working with various managed packages such as Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, B2B Commerce, and more.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, extensive experience in different Salesforce implementations, and a proven track record in executing complex migrations.
Lead Hyperforce Migration: - Take full ownership of the Hyperforce migration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a strategic migration plan that fully leverages Hyperforce's capabilities.
Salesforce Development: - Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware, ensuring seamless compatibility with Hyperforce.
- Refactor existing code and configurations to enhance performance and scalability in preparation for Hyperforce migration.
Technical Leadership: - Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, focusing on best practices for Hyperforce readiness.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
- Collaborate with architects to design robust, scalable solutions.
Project Management: - Work with project managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Work with timelines, deliverables, and different resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
Testing and Quality Assurance: - Execute unit and integration tests, to ensure all solutions are Hyperforce-ready.
- Quickly resolve issues to maintain optimal performance.
Documentation and Training: - Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Proven Experience: - Demonstrated success in leading Hyperforce migrations with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, capable of delivering innovative solutions and explaining technical concepts clearly.
