Job Description: OSF Digital is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Developer/TA/SA with strong expertise in Account Engagement's unique features and functionalities. This role is essential for designing and implementing solutions that leverage Account Engagement to enhance lead management, marketing automation, and customer engagement strategies. Additionally, the role involves integrating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and its various studios.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, focusing on lead generation, nurturing, and scoring.Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud Account Engagement's Email Marketing capabilities.Utilize Marketing Cloud Account Engagement's Lead Scoring and Grading features to prioritize leads and align them with sales strategies.Implement and manage Marketing Cloud Engagement Studio programs to automate and personalize customer journeys.Leverage Marketing Cloud Account Engagement's Landing Pages and Forms to capture and convert leads effectively.Integrate Marketing Cloud Account Engagement with other Salesforce Clouds to ensure seamless data flow and alignment between teams.Collaborate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement teams to design and implement cross-channel marketing strategies using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder.Work on integrating Marketing Cloud Account Engagement with Marketing Cloud Engagement to enhance customer data synchronization and campaign execution.Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud best practices and effective use.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to business requirements.Stay informed of the latest trends and innovations in marketing automation and customer engagement technologies.Contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment at OSF Digital.Requirements:Strong expertise in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and its unique features, including Engagement Studio, Lead Scoring and Grading, and Email Marketing.Experience in designing and implementing marketing automation strategies and solutions using Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder.Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and optimize strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.Nice to Have:Salesforce Account Engagement Specialist Certification.Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.Experience with Salesforce CRM and its integration with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Engagement.Familiarity with data management, analytics, and reporting tools.Languages:EnglishEducation:Not specified
