Job Title: Salesforce QA Location: Remote [Nearshore] Need to Support PST timings [ California] Description:- Stabilize release mgmt.
Build right level of regression testing Take the automation route-first clean up the users list and spend time with end user building test case scenarios Hands on testing exp Knowledge of automation tools such as selenium Individual Contributor Must have strong QA background, facilitate and manage QA activities and have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent leadership / relationship building skills.
Ability to present in-front of executives, be confident, be a driver and take ownership.
They must understand complex data structure and application integrations.
Interpersonal skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
Ability to effectively manage time, estimate work and assess project priorities.
You are proactive about identifying opportunities for your team or the broader organization to improve and advocate or drive for those improvements.
