We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with tech leads and support the relationship with the Salesforce Architect to enhance current solutions. You will also serve as a tech leader for complex projects, such as upcoming NEO remediation efforts. This position requires expertise in coordinating multiple complex solutions and addressing architectural challenges effectively. Responsibilities: Collaborate with tech leads to provide guidance and support for current solutions. Support the relationship with the Salesforce Architect (Weiping) to ensure alignment and success in solution implementation. Act as a tech leader for complex solutions, including NEO remediation efforts. Coordinate multiple complex solutions and provide oversight on architectural challenges. Requirements Proficiency in Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.), Integrations, LWC, Aura, and Apex. Ability to coordinate and manage complex solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address architectural challenges. Competencies: Expertise in Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.), Integrations, LWC, Aura, and Apex.
