Job Summary: Client is looking for IT Salesforce Technical Analyst and this is remote position from Brazil. Responsibilities: Participate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting core business applications and systems Participate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance Define solution limitations and requirements Work with Architects to ensure all systems integrate into the solution's technology stack Communicate the solution context and intent and align development stakeholders on the technical direction Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process Develop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, etc.) Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in related field Salesforce implementation for a large organization with specific focus on the Manufacturing, Sales and Service cloud 5 years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis Strong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processes Working knowledge of SAP S4 in the SD area will be considered an asset Working knowledge of PriceFx will be considered an asset Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applications.
