Our continued success starts with you.Job Summary:Client is looking for IT Salesforce Technical Analyst and this is remote position from Brazil.Responsibilities:Participate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting core business applications and systemsParticipate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to followImplement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performanceDefine solution limitations and requirementsWork with Architects to ensure all systems integrate into the solution's technology stackCommunicate the solution context and intent and align development stakeholders on the technical directionDefine and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance processDevelop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, etc.)Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarmsRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in related fieldSalesforce implementation for a large organization with specific focus on the Manufacturing, Sales and Service cloud5+ years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysisStrong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processesWorking knowledge of SAP S4 in the SD area will be considered an assetWorking knowledge of PriceFx will be considered an assetStrong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skillsProven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutionsStrong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applications.Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban preferred
