Purpose of Position Responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of Salesforce Consumer Goods implementations within the organization.
This role includes presales activities, mentoring team members, designing methodologies and deliverables, and participating in project implementations as Architect and Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the practice area.
Identify market trends and emerging technologies to keep the practice aligned with industry standards.
Team Development Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and skill development.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Project Implementation and Oversight Implement multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Designing and delivering the best possible solution for your project, and be certain that what you're proposing is bulletproof.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Client Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase expertise and solutions.
Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize efficiency.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the practice.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with other teams and departments to align goals and share knowledge.
Participate in business development activities, including proposals and presentations.
Qualifications: Experience: 4+ years of experience in Consumer Goods Projects, with at least 2 years in a Architect role.
