We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP/SD (Sales Distribution) Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing continuous support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP ABAP/SD solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and map business processes in the Order to Cash area.
Configure and customize SAP OTC modules to meet business needs.
Provide support and training to end users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across various SAP modules.
Troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvements in OTC processes.
Draft technical and functional documentation.
Strong skill on ABAP development.
Required Skills:
Deep experience in managing Application Maintenance activities.
Deep expertise in the Sales Area, with skills in:
Sales Order Management: Order creation, pricing, ATP checks, delivery date management.
Logistics Execution and Shipping: Shipping planning, transportation management, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation.
Billing: Invoice management, accounts receivable integration, credit/debit memo management, payment terms.
Returns and Complaints Management: Handling returns, managing complaints, replacement and repair processes.
Strong customer requirement gathering skills.
Knowledge of S/4HANA.
7-15 years of experience in consultancy or client environments.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage planned activities with customers, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical colleagues.
Adaptability to operate in an international and challenging context.
Strong skill on ABAP Development.
