**About the team**
SAP Ariba Customer Support team is responsible for handling all cloud integration issues between SAP ERP and SAP Ariba Cloud Solutions.
**What you'll do**:
Position Title: SAP Ariba iXp Intern - Cloud Integration Technical Customer Support
Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil
**In this role, you'll**:
- Analyze and resolve customer reported issues by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing settings/parameters
- Root Cause Analysis of reported issues
- Create knowledge documentation, perform knowledge sharing, moderate forums, etc.
- Collaborate with other SAP Ariba Support Teams
- Participation in projects related to support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance
- Report errors to Development
- Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries
