This role is part of the team in charge of the SAP UNISOL template and all satellite systems within the Affiliate, spanning across different domains (Commercial, Accounting, Cost, Joint Venture, Tax, and Budget & Report).The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, while preserving the environment and resources by contributing to improve our energy efficiency and decarbonization of Company's assets and reputation.Responsibilities: Maintain an efficient 1st level support organization in the affiliate and handle contractual relations with 2nd level support, controlling the lifecycle of the demands.Ensure necessary SAP reports are available for users (Business Warehouse or other tools).Be responsible for all SAP Brazilian specificities and periphery systems related to finance and commercial métiers.Control users access rights procedures and follow up.Implement new SAP features and interfaces with other applications on finance and commercial domains.Ensure coherence with access rights and Delegation of Authority procedure/schedules.Update SAP work instructions together with Lead Users.Ensure that all activities, authorizations, and accesses are compliant with SOX and internal control rules.Facilitate good communication on transversal activities such as P2P, integration SAP – Mastersaf, and Tax Compliance.Accountabilities: Guarantee the performance and optimization of our operations in Brazil.Ensure that internal rules, procedures, and directives are followed.Guarantee that local rules and laws are correctly applied considering all tax complexity environment.Provide Finance with the necessary information that reflects the Company's situation.Enhance Lead/Key Users Knowledge Process through training.Business solution oriented, evaluating new technologies liaising with Methods and Digital.Ensure knowledge retention and continuous process improvement, suggesting leaner approaches, mainly in transversal matters.Assure UNISOL best practices considering Métier's recommendations adapted to Brazilian constraints.SOX minded oriented.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or IST.MBA or Specialization in Finance and Oil & Gas Industry if possible.Experience with SAP.Ability to work under pressure and meet sharp deadlines.Fluent in Portuguese and English; good level of French is desirable.TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth, and offers equal opportunity careers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
