At SAP Concur, Technical Product Managers are responsible for creating and executing a roadmap for products, features, and services with inputs from numerous stakeholders including Product Strategy and Technology.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This position is on the Travel Platform Technical Product Management team and will be responsible for some of the most critical services behind Concur's online booking tool and other products in the Concur portfolio.
We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who is looking for a new challenge to join a growing Concur Travel team in São Leopoldo.
You'll help build an entirely new set of tool for Concur Implementation and Support employees to deliver excellent service to our thousands of customers as they move to our Next Generation Online Booking Tool.
You will understand the challenges these job functions have today, collaborate with your peers building the new booking tool, and create an entirely new way for these client-facing roles to excel at their jobs and delight clients at every interaction.
In the first 12 months in this role, you will:
Develop a roadmap for your product that fulfills the product vision and strategy and accounts for engineering realities.
- Establish a clear intake process for newly identified work for your product and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of decisions when competing priorities arise.
- Understand how evolution of the business travel market will create gaps and challenges for your services and develop strategies to get and stay ahead.
- Enable the successful delivery of air, train, car, and hotel booking tool initiatives dependent on your services by managing risks and dependencies.
- Influence externally and internally at all levels, secure buy-in, and drive successful execution of complicated projects across teams and time zones.
- Develop a deep understanding of existing implementations of your areas and, in partnership with technical leadership, develop a roadmap for sunsetting legacy offerings.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University diploma, ideally with a focus on Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Software Engineer, Quality Engineer, or Support Engineer
- Support tool development, enhancement, or usability research experience
- Travel industry or corporate online booking tool experience
- Understanding of how software is built, deployed, and tested in cloud environments
- Working knowledge of data privacy and security for cloud products
- Demonstrated ability working effectively with complex stakeholder networks and competing priorities and an ability to convert ambiguity into alignment and action
- Track record of successfully delivering product features against aggressive timelines
- Excellent communications skills, with technical and non-technical audiences all over the globe
